Cole's Screen Printing is a second generation, minority owned business proudly located in Memphis, Tennessee. We have specialized in print work for over 40 years. Started by Homer Cole, Sr. in 1975, our business has been serving Memphis for 45 years. Brian Cole printed his first shirt 31 years ago at 14 years old. He took over the company in 2013 and the company became Cole's Printing. Now, it is run as a family business, employing 3 generations of our family. 

What is the standard turnaround time? 

Please plan for 10-14 days for most custom items.  

What is your return policy for school uniforms? 
All school uniforms are available for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase with the TAGS ATTACHED in New Condition. If you don't have the receipt, please know the name of the purchaser so that we can look it up in our system.
 

What is your exchange policy for custom products? 

Cole's Screen Printing products are on-demand, custom products, created specifically for each individual customer. Unfortunately, because of the nature of these custom products, we do not allow refunds or exchanges. 

If for whatever reason you feel there was an error on our part or if the item is damaged, please contact us at 901-207-1362 or email us at brian@colesprinting.com. All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. When applicable, please send a picture of the error so we can isolate the issue and resolve it internally. If we make an error, the item is damaged, or if the item doesn't meet our standards, we will do our best to make it right and ensure you receive the product exactly as you ordered it.

How does the process work for custom tees? 

1. We will design a Logo or Image based on your ideas or rough sketch.
2. Pick a shirt style and color.
3. Pick a print color/colors.
4. We will produce a virtual proof.
5. You will receive your custom printed product!
